  • Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; at the current stage of operation of the Service this includes email address only.
  • User – any person using the Service or contacting the Administrator.
  • Service – the website available at https://www.sellwell.app.

The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.


4. Scope of Processed Data

At the current stage of operation of SellWell.app, the Controller processes a limited scope of Personal Data, consisting solely of:

  • email address

The email address is provided voluntarily by the User, in particular:

  • via the waiting list or contact forms,
  • through direct email communication with the Controller.

The Service does not require account creation, registration or login.


5. Purposes of Processing

Personal Data is processed for the following purposes:

5.1 Provision of the Service and waiting list management

  • maintaining a waiting list for the launch of SellWell.app,
  • informing Users about the availability of the Service,
  • sending system and organisational communications.

5.2 Communication and inquiry handling

  • responding to messages and inquiries sent by email,
  • maintaining correspondence related to the Service.

5.3 Analytical and development purposes

  • analysing interest in the Service,
  • improving the quality and functionality of the Service,
  • planning further development of the product.

  • pursuing or defending against potential claims,

  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interests of the Controller

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent of the User
    (marketing communications).

7. Data Recipients

Personal Data may be disclosed to entities cooperating with the Controller, only to the extent necessary, including:

  • email service providers,
  • hosting and IT infrastructure providers,
  • mailing and analytics tool providers.

Such entities process data on the basis of data processing agreements and in compliance with GDPR.


8. Transfers Outside the EEA

Personal Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), unless required by the use of third-party tools described in the Cookie Policy.

10. Data Retention

Personal Data is retained:

  • until consent is withdrawn,
  • until an effective objection is raised,
  • or for the period necessary to fulfil the Controller’s legitimate interests.

After this period, data is permanently deleted or anonymised.

The Controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy.
